Free software review for growing businesses
Not sure what to do about your software?
Book a free software review and we’ll tell you straight.
Sound familiar?
- You're paying for several tools that don't talk to each other.
- Part of the business still runs on paper, whiteboards or one spreadsheet.
- The important stuff lives in someone's head.
- You've tried software before and nobody used it.
- You know something needs fixing but not what to buy.
That's not a technology problem. It's a "which tool, in what order" problem. That's what the software review answers.
What "software" actually means for your business
Software isn't the scary bit.
For most businesses, the right software is just a tracker. Your stock, your staff, your jobs and your customers in one place, instead of six apps, a notebook and a group chat. Sometimes that's a £30-a-month tool you can sign up for today. Sometimes it's something built around how you work. The software review tells you which.
What happens on the call
The tools you pay for, the spreadsheets, the paper. Five questions, 30 minutes.
Whether an off-the-shelf tool fits, whether custom makes sense, or whether you're fine as you are.
One page: which tools, in what order. Yours to keep whether you work with us or not.
The honest bit
Some of our software reviews end with "buy this, not us".
We build management systems for growing businesses, so we know when you don't need one. If an off-the-shelf tool is the right answer, we'll name it and tell you how to set it up. If custom genuinely makes sense, we'll explain what that looks like. Either way, you leave knowing what to do next.
Who you'll speak to
You'll talk to the people who build it.
No call centre, no sales script. Your software review is with one of the founders, who build these systems day to day.
Questions
Is this a sales call?
No. We ask five questions about how your business runs and tell you what we'd do. If custom software makes sense, we'll say so and explain how it works. If it doesn't, we won't pitch it.
What do I need to prepare?
Nothing. A rough idea of the tools you use and what's frustrating you is plenty.
I'm not technical. Is that a problem?
No. We keep it in plain English. You tell us how the business runs; we work out the software side.
What if I don't need anything new?
Then we'll tell you, and you've lost 30 minutes. Plenty of software reviews end with "you're fine" or "just use this tool properly".
How much does it cost?
The software review is free. You keep the written roadmap whatever you decide.
Who is this for?
Growing businesses, usually 10 to 100 people, running on a mix of apps, spreadsheets and paper.
Thirty minutes. A written plan. An honest answer.
